  • Enter www.falkirk fc.co.uk and click the tickets tab

IF YOU ARE RENEWING YOUR SEASON TICKET:

  • Click on Existing Season Ticket Holders link

  • Enter the email address you have registered with Falkirk FC and then click reset password. You will receive an email with instructions on resetting your password

  • Once logged in, click on My Orders to access your Season Ticket Renewal

  • At this point you can click View Reservation if you want to check your seats
  • To pay the reservation, click on Click here to pay for your 2018/19 Season Ticket

  • Fill in your card details and click complete order. You will receive an email confirmation if payment has been successful.

IF YOU ARE RENEWING A SEASON TICKET FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON:

If you are renewing season tickets on behalf of your son, daughter, relative etc; tickets will need to be purchased individually. This means you will need to log in to each account separately online to find the Season Ticket Reservation using the same process above. Alternatively a separate application form will need to be completed on behalf of the individual you are purchasing for and handed into the club shop.

As this is a new system, this will allow us to capture every supporter’s details and allow us to link accounts going forward for next season to ultimately allow multiple purchases. We appreciate this may seem slightly time consuming initially but long term this will significantly improve supporter experience and ease of purchase.

IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW SEASON TICKET:

  • Click on the FALKIRK FC SEASON TICKET 2018/19 product

  • Select the Stand or Block you would like a Season Ticket to be in

  • Select your preferred Row and Seat and click Next Step

  • Click Register Here and create a new account

  • Click Proceed if happy with selection and pay for your order

IF YOU ARE BUYING A NEW SEASON TICKET FOR MORE THAN ONE PERSON:

If you are planning on purchasing season tickets on behalf of your son, daughter, relative etc; tickets will need to be purchased individually. This means an individual account needs to be created online or alternatively a separate application form will need to be completed on behalf of the individual you are purchasing for and handed into the club shop.
